Since 2022, ADENES Group has strengthened its presence in the Belux region through the acquisition of DB Group. In 2026, DB Group became ADENES Belux and was restructured into three dedicated brands: ELEX, specialising in P&C claims; vrs Xperta in volume claims; and Themis, focused on legal protection claims and technical assistance for companies and public entities.

Since 2022, ADENES has strengthened its presence in the Netherlands through the integration of Lengkeek. This development was reinforced in 2025 with the launch of ELEX, followed in 2026 by the establishment of ADENES Nederland. The Group’s local presence is now structured around three complementary entities: ELEX specialising in P&C claims, vrs lengkeek, dedicated to loss adjusting and claims handling, and Lengkeek, dedicated to risk assessment and prevention prior to loss.

ADENES is present in the Iberian region through the integration of RTS International Loss Adjusters. This partnership strengthens their service offering and expertise in Spain and Portugal.
RTS, originally from Spain, has been serving the insurance market since 1989. Specialized in loss adjusting and damage assessment for industrial risks and technical lines, RTS brings 37 years of experience, and a strong reputation recognized throughout the insurance industry.

In 2025, the ADENES Group expanded its presence into Eastern Europe through its subsidiary vrs-SSP, a company specializing in loss adjusting.
