He joined ADENES Group in 2004 as an EEA-certified loss adjuster, quickly moving into leadership roles where he spearheaded the Group\u2019s digital transformation and modernized its core claims operations. As Chief Executive Officer of ELEX France since 2017, and former Chief Performance Officer of ADENES Group, he has played a pivotal role in designing and scaling high-impact performance models across operational, financial, social, and societal dimensions.
