Om haar groei te ondersteunen, zowel in Frankrijk als internationaal, verandert de ADENES Group, Europees leider op het gebied van schadebeheer en verzekeringsdiensten, per 1 februari 2026 haar bestuursstructuur. Deze reorganisatie, in combinatie met nieuwe benoemingen, is gebaseerd op het Franse model, zodat we onze klanten in onze historische markten met hetzelfde niveau van excellentie kunnen blijven bedienen, terwijl we ons internationale project volledig ondersteunen. Ondersteund door haar historische aandeelhouders, zal deze verandering gebaseerd zijn op de bestaande Raad van Commissarissen. Het omvat de oprichting van een Groepsdirectiecomit\u00e9, een Frans directiecomit\u00e9 en comit\u00e9s voor Europa, Latijns-Amerika en Azi\u00eb-Pacific.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Een belangrijke speler in de markt voor schadeafwikkeling<\/h2>\r\n

In de afgelopen vijftien jaar heeft de ADENES Groep zijn structuur in Frankrijk opgebouwd rond zijn kernactiviteit: schadebeheer. Vandaag de dag is de Groep een referentiepartner in zijn markt, met een omzet van \u20ac 485 miljoen in 2025, een cijfer dat sinds de oprichting gestaag is gegroeid. Het vertrouwt op de uitmuntendheid van zijn operationele prestaties om zijn klanten te ondersteunen op alle gebieden van schadebeheer:<\/p>\r\n

    Jaarlijks worden in Frankrijk 1.180.000 claims afgehandeld door de 1.600 experts van de Groep.\nAls multispecialistische operator is de ADENES Groep ook betrokken v\u00f3\u00f3r en na de claim. Zij biedt verzekeraars een compleet dienstenecosystem dat de gehele schaderegelingsketen omvat. Dit aanbod wordt aangevuld met TPA-oplossingen die voldoen aan de behoeften van de verzekeringssector op het gebied van prestaties, kwaliteit en flexibiliteit.<\/p>\r\n

    Solide momentum in Frankrijk en daarbuiten<\/h2>\r\n

    In Frankrijk boekte de Groep een sterke organische groei, gedreven door de continue verbetering van zijn serviceniveaus, de implementatie van oplossingen en processen die zijn afgestemd op de behoeften van claimanten, en een vastberaden klantgerichte strategie. Dit resultaat wordt ook ondersteund door verstrekkende veranderingen in het bedrijfsmodel van de Groep, die hebben geleid tot een sterke collectieve dynamiek, gedreven door medewerkers die zich inzetten voor een gedeelde ambitie van excellentie.<\/p>\r\n

    Sinds 2021 is de internationale strategie van de ADENES Group, ontstaan in Frankrijk, gebaseerd op duurzame expansie. Vandaag de dag aanwezig in 38 landen, heeft de Groep 5.000 werknemers in dienst, waarvan 3.600 in Frankrijk. Deze eerste ontwikkelingsfase heeft ADENES gepositioneerd als de Europese leider op het gebied van schadevaststelling.\nZijn aanwezigheid in Europa, Latijns-Amerika, Azi\u00eb en Afrika vormt nu de basis van een langetermijnproject om het ADENES-model op alle continenten te repliceren, met als uiteindelijk doel het opbouwen van wereldwijde internationale dekking.<\/p>\r\n
