Um sein Wachstum in Frankreich und international zu unterst\u00fctzen, passt die ADENES-Gruppe, europ\u00e4ischer Marktf\u00fchrer f\u00fcr Schadenregulierung und Versicherungsdienstleistungen, ab dem 1. Februar 2026 ihre F\u00fchrungsstruktur an. Diese Reorganisation, verbunden mit neuen Ernennungen, orientiert sich am franz\u00f6sischen Modell, um unsere Kunden in unseren historischen M\u00e4rkten weiterhin mit dem gleichen Ma\u00df an Exzellenz zu betreuen und gleichzeitig unser internationales Projekt voll zu unterst\u00fctzen. Dieses, von seinen historischen Aktion\u00e4ren getragene, Vorhaben st\u00fctzt sich auf den bestehenden Aufsichtsrat. Es sieht die Schaffung eines Group Executive Committee (Vorstand der Gruppe), eines French Executive Committee (Vorstand Frankreich) sowie von Aussch\u00fcssen f\u00fcr Europa, Lateinamerika und den asiatisch-pazifischen Raum vor.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Ein wichtiger Akteur auf dem Schadenregulierungsmarkt<\/h2>\r\n

Die ADENES Gruppe hat in den letzten f\u00fcnfzehn Jahren ihre Struktur in Frankreich um ihr Kerngesch\u00e4ft herum aufgebaut: die Schadenregulierung. Heute ist die Gruppe ein etablierter Akteur in ihrem Markt mit einem Umsatz von 485 Millionen Euro im Jahr 2025, eine Zahl, die seit ihrer Gr\u00fcndung stetig gestiegen ist. Sie setzt auf operative Exzellenz, um ihre Kunden in allen Bereichen der Schadenregulierung zu unterst\u00fctzen:<\/p>\r\n

  • Nicht-Kfz-Sch\u00e4den (Elex & Vering),<\/li>\r\n
  • Kfz-Schaden (Roadia),<\/li>\r\n

    Jedes Jahr werden in Frankreich 1.180.000 Schadenf\u00e4lle von den 1.600 Schadensachverst\u00e4ndigen der Gruppe bearbeitet. Als multisispezialisierter Betreiber ist die ADENES-Gruppe auch vor und nach dem Schadenfall t\u00e4tig. Sie bietet Versicherern ein vollst\u00e4ndiges Dienstleistungs\u00f6kosystem, das die gesamte Entsch\u00e4digungskette abdeckt. Dieses Angebot wird durch TPA-L\u00f6sungen erg\u00e4nzt, die den Anforderungen der Versicherungsbranche an Leistung, Qualit\u00e4t und Flexibilit\u00e4t gerecht werden.<\/p>\r\n

    Solider Schwung im Inland und im Ausland<\/h2>\r\n

    In Frankreich verzeichnete der Konzern ein starkes organisches Wachstum, das auf die kontinuierliche Verbesserung seiner Serviceleistungen, den Einsatz von auf die Bed\u00fcrfnisse der Anspruchsteller zugeschnittenen L\u00f6sungen und Prozessen sowie eine konsequent kundenorientierte Strategie zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren ist. Untermauert wird diese Leistung auch durch weitreichende Ver\u00e4nderungen im Gesch\u00e4ftsmodell des Konzerns, die eine starke kollektive Dynamik ausgel\u00f6st haben, getragen von Mitarbeitern, die sich einem gemeinsamen Exzellenzanspruch verschrieben haben.<\/p>\r\n

    Seit 2021 basiert die internationale Strategie der 1990 in Frankreich gegr\u00fcndeten ADENES-Gruppe auf einer anhaltenden Expansion. Heute in 38 L\u00e4ndern pr\u00e4sent, besch\u00e4ftigt die Gruppe 5.000 Mitarbeiter, davon 3.600 in Frankreich. Diese erste Entwicklungsphase hat ADENES als europ\u00e4ischen Marktf\u00fchrer in der Schadenregulierung positioniert. Seine Pr\u00e4senz in Europa, Lateinamerika, Asien und Afrika bildet nun die Grundlage f\u00fcr ein langfristiges Projekt zur Duplizierung des ADENES-Modells auf allen Kontinenten, mit dem Endziel, eine globale internationale Abdeckung aufzubauen.<\/p>\r\n
